Jeroen Ras

Jeroen Ras is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various legal counsel roles. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at TU Delft since September 2021, Jeroen advises on research and real estate contracts. Prior positions include Senior Legal Counsel at Nuffic, Luris, and TNO, where responsibilities encompassed contract law, intellectual property, competition law, administrative law, business transfer, and state aid, alongside support for sectors such as Telecom, Energy, Mobility, Pharma, Food, Infrastructure, and Geology. Jeroen's earlier legal experience includes roles at NMi, Interpolis Rechtsbijstand, and Stichting Centraal Beheer Rechtsbijstand, providing legal advice on contract law, administrative law, and gaming legislation. Jeroen holds a Mr degree in Dutch Law from Radboud University and has completed further studies at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
