Kai Bellmann

Kai Bellmann currently serves as a PhD Researcher specializing in Multi-Actor Decision-Making Behaviour in Climate Adaptation at Delft University of Technology, contributing to the Policy Analysis Section within the Multi-Actor Systems Department since November 2023. Prior to this, Kai gained experience as an Intern in Public & Government Affairs at FTI Consulting for a brief period in 2023. Previous roles include working as a Working Student in Strategy at Berliner Sparkasse from January 2020 to June 2021 and as a Research Analyst (Working Student) at Gebrüder Schwanke Personalberatung from October 2018 to December 2019. In terms of education, Kai holds a Master of Science in Political Psychology of International Relations with Distinction from the University of Birmingham and has also studied at Luiss Guido Carli University and the Centre international de formation européenne, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie from Hochschule Fresenius.
