Stella van der Meulen

Stella van der Meulen is a Senior Policy Advisor and Program Lead at TU Delft, where a diverse range of responsibilities includes serving on the Diversity & Inclusion Board, leading the Study Climate program, and coordinating various Graduate School initiatives. Prior roles at TU Delft involve secretarial duties for both the Board of Directors of Education and the Board for Doctorates, as well as project management for establishing the TU Delft Graduate School and facilitating PhD candidate development. Prior to TU Delft, experience includes HR advisory roles at the Province of South Holland and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Waterstaat, focusing on HR management, organizational change, and public information coordination. Stella van der Meulen holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Sociology from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a degree in Management, Economics & Law from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
