Françoise Morbois

Françoise Morbois has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Françoise began their career as a Teacher at Institut Bisschofsheim in 1985 and worked there until 1986. Françoise then moved on to work as a Commercial Assistant at STOLZ S.A. from 1987 to 1989, where they focused on a project related to strategical food storage. In 1990, Morbois became a Secretary General at Beaurain S.A., where they managed administrative, personal, and financial aspects of the company until 1996.

From 1996 to 1998, Morbois served as an Executive Assistant in the CEO Office and an Audit Assistant at Proximus. Françoise then worked as a Budgeting & Reporting Advisor at Proximus from 1999 to 2001. Afterwards, they joined Belgacom as a Senior HR Business Partner, where they acted as a single point of contact for the management of the Mass Market Division and various departments within the company. Morbois stayed with Belgacom until 2008.

In 2008, Morbois joined EDF Luminus as the Head of Businesspartnership and Local Unions Relations. Their responsibilities included managing the HR Business Partners team, cooperating with business units on reorganization files, interactions with unions, coaching the business, and implementing various procedures.

Morbois then worked at Ypto as a Senior HR Business Partner for a brief period in 2016 before joining Anheuser-Busch InBev as a People Manager for Breweries Jupille & Diekirch. In this role, they were a member of the management team, work council, and CPPT/CPBW, negotiating with the representative unions of the brewery and managing the local people team.

Since 2017, Morbois has been with Delhaize Belgium, where they have held various roles including HR Manager Retail Belgium, HR Zone South, and currently, HR Director Retail.

Françoise Morbois has a varied education history consisting of multiple degrees and fields of study. In 1983-1985, they attended the Institut Charles Buls in Bruxelles, where they received a Régendat degree in Sciences et Géographie. Prior to that, in 1982-1983, they studied Italian and English at ISTI. In 1987-1988, they obtained a Certificate in International Trade from Cifop. Additionally, they underwent specific training in Fiscal Law at the Chambre Belge des Comptables, Experts-Comptables et Conseils Fiscaux.
