Françoise Morbois has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Françoise began their career as a Teacher at Institut Bisschofsheim in 1985 and worked there until 1986. Françoise then moved on to work as a Commercial Assistant at STOLZ S.A. from 1987 to 1989, where they focused on a project related to strategical food storage. In this role, they were a member of the management team, work council, and CPPT/CPBW, negotiating with the representative unions of the brewery and managing the local people team.
Since 2017, Morbois has been with Delhaize Belgium, where they have held various roles including HR Manager Retail Belgium, HR Zone South, and currently, HR Director Retail.
Françoise Morbois has a varied education history consisting of multiple degrees and fields of study. In 1983-1985, they attended the Institut Charles Buls in Bruxelles, where they received a Régendat degree in Sciences et Géographie. Prior to that, in 1982-1983, they studied Italian and English at ISTI. In 1987-1988, they obtained a Certificate in International Trade from Cifop.
