Raffael Li Preti

Raffael Li Preti is a seasoned retail executive with extensive experience in the grocery sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Retail Operations and a board member at Delhaize Belgium since February 2022, Raffael previously held the position of Vice President of Business Unit Fresh & Strategic Sourcing at Ahold Delhaize from September 2019 to February 2022. In this role, Raffael defined the long-term fresh sourcing strategy for the DLL Belux region and led synergy initiatives across Benelux. Raffael's tenure at Delhaize Belgium spanned over 15 years, during which time various leadership roles included Vice President Price, Promo, Assortment, Space and Store Concept, and Director of Company Operated Stores South, among others. Raffael holds a Master’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics from LUCA School of Arts and has completed further studies at Harvard Business School and Vlerick Business School in financial management and leadership.
