Ashish Chopra

Ashish Chopra has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ashish began their career in 1995 as the Country Manager for Joyling India, a liaison office of Group Royer France. In 2007, they joined Aditya Birla Retail Limited as General Manager. In 2010, they became the Head of Category Buying and Merchandising at Planet Sports. Ashish then served as the Head of Buying at Delhi Duty Free Services from 2013 to 2017. Ashish advanced within the company and held the position of Chief Operating Officer from 2017 to 2019, Deputy Chief Executive Officer from 2019 to 2020, and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer. Ashish Chopra has contributed to the growth and success of these organizations, demonstrating their leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in the retail industry.

Ashish Chopra obtained a Stanford LEAD Professional Certificate in Executive Education from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2022. In 2018, they completed a program in Leading For Growth at Cranfield University. In 1998, they studied International Business at AIMA, New Delhi. In 1995, they earned a degree in Management in Footwear Technology from FDDI, Noida. Their education began with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from BTE, Delhi in 1994.
