Santanu Biswas

Santanu Biswas has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Santanu started their career at Tata Motors as an Assistant Engineer, where they received comprehensive training in automobile manufacturing operations and later worked as a shift engineer handling breakdown maintenance. Santanu then joined Siemens as an Executive in Maintenance before moving on to Schneider Electric, where they took on the role of Business Activity Manager for Industrial Automation. At Schneider Electric, they successfully started and managed the Industrial Automation business in India and was responsible for sales, marketing, key account management, and overall P&L.

Santanu then co-founded IG Logix Softech Pvt Ltd, where they had overall responsibility for building and running an enterprise mobile messaging product startup profitably. Santanu built and managed a team, developed three software products that are still widely used, and served over 2000 customers globally.

After leaving IG Logix, Santanu co-founded Emficient Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they worked as a Co-Founder for four years. Currently, they hold various leadership positions at Delhivery, including Vice President of Technology and Director of Technology.

Throughout their career, Santanu has demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to build and manage successful teams in various industries.

Santanu Biswas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, completing their education from 1984 to 1988.
