Soumik Sarkar

Soumik Sarkar currently serves as a Manager at Delhivery since September 2024. Prior to this role, Soumik held the position of Deputy Manager in the Transformation Office at Gati Limited from June 2022 to September 2024, where responsibilities included end-to-end project management using Flexible Agile methodology, defining problem statements, and designing solutions to enhance service and profitability. Soumik began the managerial journey at Gati Limited as a Management Trainee focused on Express Distribution and End-to-End Supply Chain Solutions. Earlier experience includes serving as a General Management Executive at Quantel from February to August 2021 and as a Project Engineer at Techno Global Services Pvt Ltd. from February 2019 to February 2020. Soumik holds a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Xavier Institute Of Management and Entrepreneurship (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Techno India University.
