Eric Iserman, CCS, currently serves as a Senior Food Scientist and Culinologist at Deli Star Corporation, where expertise in culinary arts and food science is utilized to create and refine diverse protein products for a range of clients. Earlier work experience involved production supervision and internships in food manufacturing, alongside a foundation in the culinary arts as a barista. Eric Iserman is pursuing a PhD in Animal Sciences with a focus on Meat Science at South Dakota State University, having previously obtained a Master of Science in Food Science & Human Nutrition from the University of Maine and a Bachelor of Science in Culinology from Southwest Minnesota State University.
