Kellen Hart

Kellen Hart currently serves as the Director of Product Development at Deli Star Corporation since June 2023, following a tenure as a Senior Meat Scientist at Johnsonville from February 2019 to May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Product Development Scientist I and Associate Product Development Scientist at Johnsonville, along with a position as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from July 2016 to December 2018. Kellen Hart holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Meat Science and Muscle Biology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Culinary Arts with a Minor in Business Administration from Nicholls State University (2011-2015).
