Prior roles include People & Culture Manager at Zumex Group from August 2018 to June 2023 and Dir. Comunicación Interna & Adjunto Dirección at Pauferro Contract between March 2017 and July 2018. Alvaro has also worked at Deloitte España, focusing on internal communication, employer branding, and marketing from December 2013 to March 2017, and held marketing positions at Agroplus-España and Sportime Albal. Additionally, Alvaro's early career began with customer service at DECATHLON. Alvaro is currently pursuing a Máster in Dirección de Personas 4.0 and a Programa 5SK - Competencias at Escuela de Negocios - Cámara Valencia, supported by a strong educational background in business administration and marketing from prestigious institutions.
