Caroline Pool

Caroline Pool is an experienced sales professional with a background in the beverage industry and leadership roles in organizational recruitment. Currently serving as an Area Sales Manager at Delicato Family Wines since May 2022, Caroline previously held the position of On Premise Sales Consultant at Johnson Brothers and participated in the E&J Gallo Sales Leadership Development Program. Additional experience includes serving as a Sales Representative at Republic National Distributing Company, where Caroline was also a candidate for the E&J Gallo program. Prior leadership experience includes the role of Vice President of Membership/Recruitment and Public Relations for Delta Zeta Sorority, overseeing significant recruitment initiatives and member training. Caroline also held internships focusing on sales and marketing, enhancing lead generation and customer acquisition. Educationally, Caroline holds a Bachelor of Commerce from North Carolina State University, specializing in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
