Cindy vander Molen

Cindy Vander Molen is an experienced packaging and quality control engineer with over three decades in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as a Packaging Engineer at Delicato Family Vineyards since March 2012, responsibilities include managing packaging aspects, performing qualification tests, and overseeing supplier audits. Prior roles include Quality Engineer at G3 Enterprises, where improvements in nonconforming material processes were achieved, and Packaging Engineer at E. & J. Gallo Winery, focusing on packaging material specifications and support for bottling lines. Cindy began a career at Hughes Aircraft Company as a Product Assurance Engineer. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Arizona State University.
