VP Wine Growing at Delicato Family Wines

David Hayman has extensive work experience in the wine industry. David has held various senior roles in operations management and consulting. From 1996 to 2001, they were the Group Operations Manager at BRL Hardy Wine Company in Australia. From 2001 to 2004, they served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Pacific Wine Partners. David then moved on to Constellation Wines US, where they were the Senior Vice President of Operations and Technical on the West Coast from 2004 to 2007. David Hayman also worked at Diageo, Chateau and Estate Wines as the SVP of Wines Operations from 2008 to 2014. David then founded their own consulting company called David Hayman Consulting, where they provided operations management services to various clients until 2016. Currently, they are working at Delicato Family Vineyards as the VP of Wine Growing.

David Hayman attended the University of Adelaide from 1979 to 1981, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Enology and Viticulture at the Roseworthy Agricultural College, which is now part of the University of Adelaide. Following this, they enrolled at the University of South Australia from 1988 to 1994, where they studied Business, specifically Banking and Finance, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business.
