Nicholas Parenti has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Nicholas most recently worked as the Director of Bottling Operations at Delicato Family Wines since 2015. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Zenith Products Corp. for almost 20 years. During their time at Zenith, they made significant cost reductions and inventory control improvements. Earlier in their career, Nicholas worked as a Sub-Plant Manager at Amerock Corporation and also served in the US Navy as a Lieutenant, where they were responsible for various roles including managing gun weapon systems and implementing database systems for weapons system material condition.

Nicholas Parenti obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY from 1982 to 1986. During their time at the university, they focused on engineering math and sciences as part of their NROTC scholarship. Prior to that, from 1978 to 1982, Parenti attended Aviation High School in Long Island City, Queens, NY where they completed a College Prep program with a focus on Pre-Engineering and FAA Mechanics. Additionally, Parenti has acquired a certification in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University in Villanova, PA, although the specific date of completion is unknown.
