Tom Dugan has a diverse work experience across various industries. Tom started their career at Barclays as an Analyst in 2008. Tom later joined Gordian Group, LLC, where they worked as an Analyst, Associate, and eventually became a Vice President. In 2010, Tom joined Bacchus Capital Management as a Managing Director and later became a Senior Advisor. In 2011, they co-founded Harlem Lacrosse and served as a Board Member until 2018. Tom also held positions at DeLille Cellars, where they served as the General Manager from 2014 to 2017 and currently works as the CEO. Tom is also actively involved in several organizations, including Washington's National Park Fund, Washington State Wine Commission, and Washington Wine Institute, where they serve as a Board Member. Overall, Tom Dugan has extensive experience in finance, management, and the wine industry.
Tom Dugan began their education in 2004, graduating in 2008 from Colorado College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, achieving cum laude honors. In addition, from 2006 to 2007, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), focusing on Economics and Finance.
