James Culbreath

James (Jim) Culbreath has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and infrastructure engineering. James (Jim) currently holds the position of Support Team Lead at Delinea since 2021. Previously, they worked as a Contracted Infrastructure Production Engineer at Insight Global, resolving alerts, updating DNS records, and supporting file transfer utility. Prior to that, they were a Staff Technical Support Engineer at FireEye, Inc. Their experience also includes working as a Senior Support Analyst at Dell EMC, a System Administrator at Rackspace, and a Tech Support II at Bluehost.
