Karen Server

Karen Server is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in global compliance and privacy matters. Currently serving as Global Compliance & Privacy Counsel at Delinea since July 2022, Karen previously held the role of Sr. Director, Legal Compliance & Privacy at Verifone from August 2015 to June 2022, focusing on data privacy, cyber-security, and various compliance areas. Prior legal roles include Sr. Counsel at Atmel Corporation, where involvement in trade and regulatory compliance occurred, and attorney at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, specializing in export control issues. Karen’s career began as an associate at Fenwick and West. An educational background includes a JD in International Law from the University of California, College of the Law, an MA in Diplomacy and International Commerce from the University of Kentucky, and a BA in Biology from Transylvania University.
