Alexandra Bowen-Opoku has a diverse range of work experience in human resources. Alexandra started their career in 2008 as an Assistant HR Officer at City of London Police, where they provided advice and assistance on various HR matters. Alexandra then worked as an HR & Development Advisor at Parliment ICT, managing recruitment and handling routine queries. Alexandra later became an HR Advisor at a College, managing recruitment campaigns and providing guidance on various HR tasks. Alexandra also worked as an HR Field Consultant at Peninsula Business Services, advising SMEs on employment legislation and creating employment documentation. Alexandra joined Hitachi Rail Europe in 2012, where they held multiple roles including HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor, and HR Business Partner. In these roles, they had responsibilities such as managing employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, and CSR activities. Alexandra then worked at Reed Business Information as an HR Business Partner and at LexisNexis as an Interim HR Business Partner. Alexandra worked as a Human Resources Business Consultant at EY, and most recently, they held the role of HR Business Partner at Euromoney Institutional Investor. Alexandra is currently the Head of HR at Delinian.

Alexandra Bowen-Opoku attended Coventry University from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a BA Honours Degree in Business IT with Human Resources Management. Alexandra later attended Kingston University from 2008 to 2011, obtaining a CIPD in Human Resources.
