Henry Elkington

Henry Elkington is an experienced executive with a robust background in leading companies across various sectors. Currently serving as Chairman-designate at Delinian since November 2022, Elkington also holds the position of Chairman at Jane's and PEI Group, contributing to open-source data intelligence in defense and insights for alternative assets, respectively. Additional roles include Chairman at TechInsights and former Chairman at Mintec Ltd. A seasoned CEO, Elkington has led UBM Medica and UBM Data Services and held director positions in corporate development and strategic consultancy. Elkington's educational credentials include a Master’s in Technology and Public Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Engineering Science from the University of Cambridge.
