Michelle Evans McIpd

Michelle Evans MCIPD has a diverse work experience in HR roles. Michelle currently holds the position of Global Head of HR Process Operations & Transformation at Delinian since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Operations Manager at Euromoney Institutional Investor from October 2020 to August 2021.

Michelle has extensive experience at Laing O'Rourke, where they held multiple roles. From October 2012 to September 2020, they served as the HR Shared Services Senior Manager / HRIS Implementation Manager, taking charge of designing and implementing processes and policies for various HR functions. Michelle played a significant role in the strategic planning and onboarding program for the UK business. Michelle was also responsible for identifying trends in headcount activity and initiating HR initiatives to address them.

During their tenure at Laing O'Rourke, Michelle also worked as an HR Manager / Senior HR Advisor from May 2010 to October 2012. Michelle'sresponsibilities included supporting change management initiatives, budget review and implementation, resource planning, and presenting HR data at board meetings. Michelle also designed and managed business success plans for each function and role.

Additionally, Michelle held the position of HR Advisor at Laing O'Rourke from May 2010 to February 2011. Michelle provided advisory services for projects in the South of the UK, collaborating with line managers on various HR issues and supporting the Central Shared Service team. Michelle also undertook several HR projects, such as designing KPIs and HR education sessions for line managers.

Before their time at Laing O'Rourke, Michelle worked as a Regional HR Business Partner at Home Retail Group PLC from September 2007 to April 2010. In this role, they supported two regional managers and managed HR activities for 33 stores and approximately 2500 colleagues and 165 managers. Michelle oversaw realignment programs, management restructures, and a store closure.

Michelle also briefly worked as an HR Advisor at Tarkett Marley Floors in 2007.

Throughout their career, Michelle Evans has demonstrated expertise in HR process operations, transformation, HRIS implementation, change management, budgeting, strategic planning, and advisory services.

Michelle Evans attended Tunbridge Wells Girls' Grammar School from 1990 to 1996. In 2019, they obtained the MCIPD certification from CIPD Qualifications. Michelle also has an additional certification in leadership and management from 'ilm Academy at the level of ILM / ISM Level 3, although the specific year of obtaining this certification is unknown.
