Michelle Evans MCIPD has a diverse work experience in HR roles. Michelle currently holds the position of Global Head of HR Process Operations & Transformation at Delinian since October 2020. Michelle provided advisory services for projects in the South of the UK, collaborating with line managers on various HR issues and supporting the Central Shared Service team. Michelle also undertook several HR projects, such as designing KPIs and HR education sessions for line managers.
Before their time at Laing O'Rourke, Michelle worked as a Regional HR Business Partner at Home Retail Group PLC from September 2007 to April 2010. In this role, they supported two regional managers and managed HR activities for 33 stores and approximately 2500 colleagues and 165 managers. Michelle oversaw realignment programs, management restructures, and a store closure.
Michelle also briefly worked as an HR Advisor at Tarkett Marley Floors in 2007.

Michelle Evans attended Tunbridge Wells Girls' Grammar School from 1990 to 1996. In 2019, they obtained the MCIPD certification from CIPD Qualifications.
