Saleha A. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 15 years. Saleha started their career at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2004, working in structured credit derivatives. Saleha then moved on to Citi and Barclays Investment Bank, where they specialized in structured equity derivatives. In 2013, Saleha joined Rabobank as a senior transaction officer before transitioning to a role as a business change consultant at UBS. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a lead business consultant at GFT Group. In 2018, Saleha joined Delinian as the sustainable finance product lead. Alongside their other roles, they also served as a business mentor for the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they founded and became the CEO of Jinnah Foundation.
Saleha A. completed the Blockchain Strategy Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2018. Saleha also holds a SAFe 4 Practitioner Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
