Happiness, passion, purpose, and company culture have been a part of Carlos’ journey from DH’s beginning. In 2011, he joined the DH team and co-created the foundational Make Happy Work™ model. Just a year later, Carlos launched Delivering Happiness Spain as a vehicle to focus more on serving Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and other Spanish-speaking organizations.
