Alefiya Mandiwala

Alefiya Mandiwala is an experienced professional in business development and culinary arts, currently serving as the Lead for Business Development at Deliveroo since September 2025. Prior to this, Alefiya held various roles at noon, advancing from Business Development Associate to Sr Business Development Executive, and specializing in client handling, supplier management, and market research. Alefiya's earlier experience includes a marketing and business development internship at FMB Building Materials Trading L.L.C., culinary positions at Jumeirah and CÉ LA VI, and founding a dessert business, Cravings. Alefiya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts from the University of Mumbai and a Base Training Certificate in Artisanal Gelato Making from ICCA.
