Aoife McGuinness

Aoife McGuinness is an experienced professional in Trust and Safety, currently serving as a Lecturer at Griffith College Dublin, where Aoife teaches the innovative Postgraduate Diploma in Trust & Safety and Content Moderation Management. Aoife is also engaged as a Safety Advisory Board Member with the Oasis Consortium, contributing expertise from the gaming industry to promote safer online experiences. As a founding member of the #TSCollective, Aoife works to elevate discussions on Trust and Safety among industry leaders. Previously, Aoife held the position of Global Head of Trust & Safety at Wildlife Studios, where Aoife developed comprehensive safety policies and tools. Prior roles included Global Financial Crime Investigator and Compliance Analyst at PayPal, as well as earlier positions in compliance and administration. Aoife holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Griffith College Dublin.
