Dr Sam Short

Dr Sam Short is a Data Science Manager at Deliveroo, with prior experience as the Head of Data Science at Upside Saving and Co-Founder at Moneyed. With a background in physics, Dr Short has held roles such as Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group and Lead Data Scientist at BCG GAMMA. Additionally, Dr Sam has worked in academia as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Queen Mary University of London and a Data Science Fellow at Faculty. Dr Short holds a PhD in Experimental Particle Physics from Imperial College London and an MPhys in Theoretical Physics from Durham University.
