Henry Francis

Henry Francis C.F.S.P has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, ranging from kitchen management to training and development roles. Currently serving as the Senior Kitchen Design & Developments Manager at Deliveroo, Henry is responsible for managing the design and projects of delivery kitchens in the UK. Prior to this, Henry held various managerial positions at Stonegate Pub Company Limited and Marston's PLC, where Henry provided pre-opening training and support for new pub restaurants. Henry also has experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, and in various front of house and kitchen roles at establishments such as EJ's Cafe Bar & Restaurant and Best Western® Hotels & Resorts.
