Alden W. is an experienced leader with a strong background in project management and strategic initiatives within the education sector. Currently serving as a Project Leader at Delivery Associates since October 2022, Alden previously held multiple key roles at the District of Columbia Public Schools from June 2012 to September 2022, including Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategic Initiatives, where responsibilities included facilitating leadership meetings and leading cross-team collaboration on high-stakes initiatives. Alden's expertise in strategic planning was demonstrated as Director of Strategic Planning & Performance Management, overseeing the development of critical performance measurement systems. With earlier roles focusing on teacher effectiveness and data analysis, Alden also has research experience from SRI International and George Washington University.
