Becky Lee-Roche

Becky Lee-Roche has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Becky most recently worked at Delivery Associates as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition since February 2023. Prior to that, Becky had experience in various startups as a Founding Talent Leader from October 2021 to December 2022.

Becky also served as a Recruitment Manager and Lead Recruiter at Segment from October 2018 to September 2021, and as a Lead Recruiter and Senior Recruiter at CarGurus from October 2016 to April 2018.

Before venturing into the tech industry, Becky worked at Facebook as a Senior Recruiter and Recruiter from May 2015 to October 2016.

Becky'searlier experiences include working at Telefónica as a Senior Recruitment Partner from September 2013 to May 2014, Chandler Macleod Group as a Senior Recruitment Consultant from October 2012 to August 2013, Solas Consulting Group as an IT Recruitment Consultant from September 2010 to October 2012, and AIB as a Customer Service Agent from June 2008 to August 2010.

Throughout their career, Becky has demonstrated their expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment, relationship building, and customer service.

Becky Lee-Roche attended Malahide Community School from 2000 to 2006, but did not receive a degree or study a specific field during this time. In 2013, they obtained a diploma in Criminology from City Colleges. Additionally, in the same year, they earned a CIPD Award in Employment Law and Employee Relations from the National College of Ireland in the field of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.
