Gina Karsten, MPP, is an accomplished associate with a diverse background in education and research. Currently employed at Delivery Associates, Gina previously worked at Education First Consulting as part of the Effective Organizations and Investments Team and held the position of Project Coordinator. Earlier experience includes serving as a research assistant with The Fuchs Research Group, where Gina contributed to a federally funded project focused on enhancing elementary school students' math and reading skills. Additional roles include Admission Associate at Princeton Day School and Scholar Coach for the Schuler Scholar Program, where Gina supported first-generation and low-income high school students. Gina holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy with a focus on education from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Educational Studies from Bates College.
