Kate Young

Kate Young is a seasoned professional in public health and policy implementation, currently serving as Delivery Leader for Europe at Delivery Associates since September 2023. Previously, Kate was an Advisor in the Implementation Unit at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet in New Zealand, where responsibilities included supporting government priorities and providing assurance on program progress. As a Consultant at Polis Consulting Group, Kate advised government ministers and private sector firms on strategic projects, and prior roles include Senior Associate at PwC Australia, where assistance was provided for large-scale reform projects, and Research and Teaching Assistant at The University of Auckland. Kate holds a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor's degree from The University of Auckland.
