Sonya Suter

Sonya Suter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability, equity, and urban policy. Currently serving as Associate Director at Delivery Associates since July 2019, Sonya specializes in initiatives within the North American region and collaborates with U.S. cities under the American Cities Climate Challenge to implement ambitious climate policies. Previous roles include Senior Program Manager at Evidence for Policy Design, where Sonya managed over ten research projects in India and Nepal, focusing on air quality and women’s economic empowerment. Sonya has also held positions as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Columbia University, an intern at Evidence for Policy Design at Harvard Kennedy School, and various roles at the World Resources Institute, ICF International, and Smart Growth America. Sonya holds a Master of Public Administration in Environmental Management and Policy from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan.
