Aika Beltran

Aika Beltran is a Senior Legal Counsel specializing in corporate law at Delivery Hero since August 2020, with significant involvement in intercompany financing, corporate governance, and the management of legal operations and technology. Aika serves as the Lead Project Manager for the 2024 talabat IPO on the Dubai Financial Market. Prior to this role, Aika gained extensive M&A experience at The Law Firm of Quiason Makalintal, progressing from Associate to Senior Legal Counsel while focusing on corporate and project finance. Aika's legal career began with an apprenticeship at Dulay Pagunsan Ty. Aika holds a Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo de Manila University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the same institution.
