Elif Cagatay

Elif Cagatay is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the corporate sector, currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Delivery Hero from May 2021 to March 2024. In this role, Elif leads end-to-end recruitment processes for various corporate functions, including Finance, M&A, and Venture Capital, as well as technology teams. Elif is also actively involved in the Women Hiring Project Group, promoting gender diversity in the tech industry. Previously, Elif worked at L'Oréal as a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist, managing global employer branding initiatives and recruitment for corporate functions, following roles as a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Human Resources Intern. Elif holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Istanbul University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Ljubljana.
