Max Marcuse-Frias

Max Marcuse-Frias is a seasoned professional in product analytics and business operations, currently serving as a Product Analytics Manager at Delivery Hero SE since September 2025. Prior to this, Max held the position of COO & MD at ChefCoco, the largest provider of office lunches in Berlin, from May 2023 to August 2025. Max also worked at Delivery Hero SE as Head of Business Operations, managing a department of 150 FTEs from August 2020 to April 2023, focusing on product development to address issues for customers, riders, and vendors. Earlier in the career, Max was a Business Operations Analyst at Omio, a multi-modal travel platform, from December 2016 to July 2020. In terms of education, Max obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mathematics from Freie Universität Berlin.
