Pulkit Chaturvedi is an accomplished software testing professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and process optimization. Currently serving as a Quality Chapter Lead at Delivery Hero since June 2022, Pulkit focuses on fostering a quality-first mindset and enhancing test automation frameworks. Previously, Pulkit held the position of Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, achieving over 20% reduction in defects in mobile app development. Prior to Delivery Hero, Pulkit worked at NatWest Group as a Test Manager for a Treasury Platform, overseeing a team of testers for a large-scale program.
