Samantha O'Connor has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Samantha began their career in 1999 as a Promotions Assistant at Emmis Communications. From 2000 to 2004, they worked as a Membership Benefits Assistant at the American Legion Auxiliary. In 2004, they transitioned to the field of education and served as a Teacher at MSD Wayne Township for ten years. In 2014, they joined OneAmerica Financial Partners Inc. as an Underwriting Support Specialist. Samantha then moved to Delivra in 2015, where they held multiple roles including Client Success Specialist, Professional Services Project Manager, Professional Services Team Manager, and Senior Manager of Customer Success. Samantha is currently the Director of Customer Success at Delivra, a position they have held since 2022.

Samantha OConner completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Bradley University. This took place between the years 1996 and 2000. In 2003 and 2004, they pursued a certification in Secondary Education and Teaching at Indiana Wesleyan University. Samantha furthered their education by obtaining a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Indiana Wesleyan University from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, they received the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)™ certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2019.
