Joanna Bolton

Joanna Bolton is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Managing Legal Director for Global Marketing & Privacy at Dell Technologies since February 2011. In this role, Joanna leads a team that provides comprehensive legal support for Dell's Global Marketing organization and oversees the Global Privacy Management & Compliance team. Additionally, Joanna is a member of Dell’s internal AI Review Board and AI Legal Working Group. Prior to joining Dell, Joanna worked at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP as a Senior Counsel and Litigation Associate, focusing on consumer protection law and class action defense. Joanna holds a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a summa cum laude BS in Psychology and Political Science from Longwood University.
