J.P. Driscoll is a CIPP/CIPM/FIP/CDPSE-certified privacy professional with over a decade of experience in privacy and data governance programs. They have held positions including Privacy Consultant at MBL Technologies Inc., Manager at BDO USA, and currently serve as Director of Privacy Engineering & Technology at Dell Technologies, where they oversee technology-driven privacy initiatives and manage a multi-million dollar budget. J.P. holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Elon University.
