Lavonne Burke is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity, technology transactions, and compliance. Currently serving as Vice President of Legal for Global Security & Resiliency at Dell Technologies since November 2019, Lavonne has also held senior legal roles in organizations such as Johnson & Johnson and Baker & Hostetler LLP. Lavonne's expertise spans negotiating technology transactions, data protection, and privacy policies. In addition to board positions at TDECU and Wellby Financial, Lavonne participates in the Cybersecurity Advisory Board with the Association of Corporate Counsel. An educational background includes a Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center and advanced degrees in engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and Howard University.
