Leslie Chuah is a Service Program Manager for the ESI Program at Dell EMC, where they have worked for over eight years, focusing on continuous business process improvement and innovative customer solutions. Prior to this, Leslie was part of the APJ Call Centre Operation Team at Dell Global Business Centre from 2006 to 2008.
