Mahidhar Panyam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management, currently serving as a Consultant and Transformation Program Manager in the Business Transformation Office at Dell since February 2014. With a focus on delivering operational capabilities for new product offerings, Mahidhar has successfully collaborated with various functional groups to develop user cases. Prior to this role, Mahidhar acted as a Senior Advisor in Global Sales Operations, executing cost-saving initiatives that significantly reduced product returns and improved customer relations. Mahidhar's earlier career includes managerial positions at Accenture and various technical roles in software development and support at firms such as Cognizant Technology Solutions and Relativity Technologies. Mahidhar holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Texas A&M University and advanced degrees in Power Electronics and Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Calicut and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, respectively.
