Niall Dempsey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management across various sectors, particularly in financial services. Currently serving as Global Platform Transformation Program Director and DFS Business Enablement Lead at Dell Technologies, Niall oversees large-scale cross-functional change management initiatives within Dell Financial Services and Dell Bank for EMEA-ANZ, driving significant improvements in business processes. Prior to this, Niall held the position of Head of Operations at PEAC - Pan European Asset Company, where management responsibilities included core operational functions and enterprise-wide business transformation projects.
