Norman Chen

Norman Chen is a Senior Principal Mechanical Engineer with over a decade of experience in system thermal design and more than eight years in team management and project status control. Currently at Dell Technologies, Norman leads thermal engineering efforts while prior roles include Thermal Manager at Inventec and Section Manager at ADLINK Technology. Norman has contributed to numerous projects, including a fan-less thermal design initiative that won an award in 2014 and ongoing collaborations with NTHU on heat sink optimization. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and are pursuing a Master’s in thermal, mechanical, and fluid dynamics.
