Orlando Lacayo

Orlando Lacayo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and product management, currently serving as Senior Consultant and Program Manager in the Business Transformation Office at Dell Technologies since October 2003. In this role, Orlando manages complex projects focused on strategic initiatives and digital transformation, including leading efforts to modernize customer data lifecycle management using AI tools. Prior to this, Orlando led a product management team that launched over 30 products generating over $5B in sales for the $2B computer peripheral business and played a key role in Dell's initial entry into the printer market. Previous roles include Director of Product Development at Gyricon Media Inc., Director at PARC (Xerox), and Director at Xerox Research & Innovation Center, where significant advancements in technology were achieved. Orlando holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, an MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida International University.
