Roger Edwards

Roger Edwards has extensive experience in technical content development, currently serving as a Technical Content Developer 4 for the Telecom Business Unit at Dell Technologies since August 2021. Prior to this role, Roger worked as a Senior Technical Writer at Xylem from October 2011 to August 2021, where responsibilities included developing user guides and reference manuals for the FlexNet™ communication network and leading documentation efforts for the Smart Grid Advanced Metering Infrastructure in collaboration with Arqiva Limited. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University, earned between 1983 and 1988.
