Rumi Bhuiyan

Rumi Bhuiyan has over two decades of experience in IT management and software development, currently serving as an IT Portfolio/Program Manager in the Strategy and Operations department at Dell since July 2015, where responsibilities include managing a $16 million workforce plan for a team of 300 professionals. Previously, Rumi held roles at Dell focused on IT program management and portfolio governance, overseeing a diverse portfolio of assets with considerable budgets. Early career experience includes a position as a Senior Software Developer at Nationwide Insurance, specializing in PeopleSoft applications. Rumi holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Franklin University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from The Ohio State University.
