Srijith Venugopalan

Srijith Venugopalan has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Dell since 2012. Prior to this role, Srijith held significant positions at Capgemini as the Head of Sourcing and Recruitment for North America, as well as at Polaris Software Lab Limited as Recruitment Head. Earlier career experience includes consultancy roles at iSOFT and Resource Wizard LLC. Srijith's educational background includes an Executive Education Program in Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a PMIR degree in Human Resources Management from the Madras School of Social Works, complemented by a BSC in Computer Science from the University of Madras.
