Vitor Baptista has extensive experience in sales learning and development, particularly within Dell Technologies, where tenure began in November 2000. Currently serving as the Senior Performance Consultant for APJ & EMEA and the EMEA Head of Specialties Enablement, Vitor has held various senior roles focusing on sales enablement, channel development, and internal training initiatives. Previous positions include Managing different enablement strategies for EMC Data Protection and leading presales teams in multiple regions. Vitor's early career includes roles at Informix, Olivetti, Data General Corporation, and IBM, with expertise in systems engineering, pre-sales, and training. Vitor holds a degree in IT for Business from ISLA.
