Francis Rodrigues

Francis Rodrigues is currently the Head of Human Resources at Della Adventure & Resorts Pvt Ltd since February 2023. Previously, Francis served as the Training & Placement Officer at Savitribai Phule Pune University from October 2021 to February 2023, where responsibilities included employability enhancement training programs and corporate placements for postgraduate students. A significant portion of Francis's career was spent in various roles within the hospitality sector, including Director and Human Resources Manager at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel and Serviced Apartments, Human Resources Manager at Wyndham Hotels Worldwide, and other HR positions at The O Hotel and Cidade de Goa. Francis holds a Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from the National Institute of Labour Education Management and a BSc in Chemistry from Goa University.
